You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@canopyglow.in with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
